22-23-24 LÉON Frameworks — Greatness in motion.
Founded in 2016 in Scy-Chazelles, in the Moselle department, the Léon Frameworks brand was created with the goal of offering modern, sporty, and durable titanium bicycles by combining expertise in frame design with advanced manufacturing technologies.
All frames are now developed in Luxembourg (design, geometry, integration) and then manufactured in Asia by TiBicycles, the world’s leading manufacturer of titanium frames.
In 2024, LÉON became the first manufacturer to offer an entire lineup made entirely with 3D printing. We combine 3/2.5 and 6.4-grade titanium tubes (depending on the model) with 3D-printed parts made from 6.4-grade titanium powder, used for the following joints:

Founded in 2021 in Saint-Jean-d’Ormont, a small village in the Vosges, Sauvage Bicycles was born out of David Robert’s desire to expand on the high-end lineup pioneered by LÉON Frameworks. Four years after LÉON was founded, the goal was clear: to offer affordable titanium bikes in standard sizes but with modern and innovative geometries, while maintaining the brand’s family-oriented and passionate spirit.
Since 2022, the company has been led by Julie Robert.
