De Vlaamse Wielrijdersbond (VWB) = The Flemish Cyclists’ Union is a non-profit organization founded in 1977 by its current president, Frans van Ingelgem. Since 2023, the VWB has had over 184,000 members and 1,500 affiliated clubs, making it the largest cycling federation in Belgium. It is officially recognized by the Flemish Community. The focus is on cycle touring and recreational cycling.

The VWB was established with the aim of promoting both competitive and recreational cycling, as well as guiding and raising awareness among active cycling enthusiasts.
