In 2018, we decided to create Manivelle to invent our own profession, bring our convictions often at odds with what the cycling industry offers and develop strong artisanal expertise to nourish our creative sensibility.

Today, Manivelle is a recognized brand, both in the French cycling craft scene through our custom-made bikes, and more broadly in high-end cycling accessories such as bags and racks.

Offering a much more local production based in France or Europe is also one of the core values we have defended since the beginning. Our products are made in small to medium series, designed to last and to be repairable. We work with high-quality materials, such as truck tarpaulin for our bags, and steel or stainless steel for our racks.

All of our textile production is handmade in Strasbourg, in partnership with a social reintegration workshop.

Our range is now quite broad, suitable both for urban use and for bike travel and bikepacking.
