LÉON Frameworks — Print to Perform

Founded in 2016, LÉON Frameworks is the historic brand of the Titanium Bikestore group. All frames are developed in Luxembourg (design, geometry, integration), then manufactured in Asia by TiBicycles, the world’s number one titanium frame producer.

In 2024, LÉON became the first manufacturer to offer its entire range fully 3D-printed. We combine high-quality titanium tubes 3/2.5 and 6.4 (depending on the model) with 3D-printed parts made from 6.4 titanium powder, used for the following junctions:

• Bottom bracket

• Head tube

• Rear dropouts

• Seat tube / top tube / seat stay connection

This process enables structural optimization:

• Adding material only where necessary

• Weight reduction

• Targeted stiffness

• Precise and optimized cable integration

• Removal of visible welds in complex areas

Each model is available in up to 9 sizes, ensuring precise fit options for riders from 156cm to 198cm.

Finish and construction

• Unique finish: brushed titanium, with no varnish or paint, for an extremely durable frame with simplified maintenance.

• Details: bead-blasted logos, numerous engravings specific to each model integrated into the frame.

ROBERT Frameworks — A Matter of Style

Founded in 2023 in Kayl, Luxembourg, Robert Frameworks was created with a clear ambition: to offer titanium bicycles with flawless finishing, while integrating the most modern manufacturing technologies.

The workshop is located in the heart of the Terres Rouges, nestled in greenery just 200 meters from beautiful forests, trails, and greenways. Robert bicycles are assembled directly in the Kayl workshop/store and distributed worldwide, with a strong presence in the Benelux, France, Spain, Italy, and Eastern Europe.

The experience gained from sister brands LÉON and Sauvage has enabled us to create unique and distinctive bicycles, thanks to:

• Exclusive finishes

Each model is designed, tested, and perfected by the team. Our bikes also evolve through collaborations with the best component makers in the industry. Our frames are built using cutting-edge processes:

• Hydroforming and 3D printing, always on a 3/2.5 titanium base

• Premium finishes: bead blasting, anodization, polishing

• Invisible welds: perfectly smooth and elegant rendering

All our bicycles comply with ISO4210 standards and come with a 50-year warranty, transferable between owners. Manufacturing is entrusted to TiBicycle, the world leader in titanium frame production.

The Robert Frameworks range embodies the blend of performance, comfort, and exclusivity:

SAUVAGE Bicycles — Follow Your Instinct

Founded in 2021 in Saint-Jean-d’Ormont, a small village in the Vosges mountains, Sauvage Bicycles was born from David Robert’s desire to complement the high-end offer launched by LÉON Frameworks. Four years after creating LÉON, the goal was clear: to offer accessible titanium bicycles, with standard sizes but modern and innovative geometries, while preserving the family-oriented, passionate spirit of the brand.

Since 2022, the company has been run by Julie Robert.
